Golf Cart Ordinance - Adopted June 13, 2011
 

Beginning July 1, 2011, the Town of Ayden will permit the operation of golf carts as defined by N.C.G.S. §20-4.01 (12a) on streets inside the city limits with posted speed limits of 35mph or less.
