The code enforcement office works to protect the safety of the citizens, the property owners and the Town of Ayden.

The Town of Ayden Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for code enforcement and minimum housing requirements.  His office can also provide information on the permitting procedures for all permitting that is offered by Pitt County. 

Code Enforcement Guidelines

The Town of Ayden is actively tagging abandoned and junked vehicles, over grown and junked properties, and dilapidated houses in the city limits. The appropriate Town Ordinances can be found in Chapter 90, Chapter 91, Chapter 94, Chapter 95, and Chapter 96 of the Town Code.
